• We do not transfer legal ownership of items from sellers to buyers

4. Disputes with Sellers

In the event of any dispute with a seller:

• You must resolve the dispute directly with the seller
• We are not obligated to mediate or participate in any dispute resolution process
• We provide no warranties or guarantees regarding seller performance, product quality, or service delivery
• Any legal action arising from transactions must be directed toward the seller, not MuniFy Network

While we may, at our sole discretion, provide tools to facilitate communication between parties, we assume no responsibility for the outcome of any disputes.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our platform to engage with sellers:

• You are solely responsible for conducting due diligence on sellers before engaging in transactions
• You must verify the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and seller credentials
• You assume all risks associated with transactions conducted through our platform
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding your purchases

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Munify Network and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Munify Network. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
